Agreement Summary

By using Aero Wheels’ services, you agree to abide by our rental policies, terms, and safety protocols.

✅ Acceptable Usage

Driving with a valid license
Returning vehicle on time
Using the car for personal or tourist travel
Keeping the car clean and undamaged
Following local traffic laws

❌ Restricted Activities

Drunk or reckless driving
Using vehicle for commercial transport
Unauthorized long-distance travel
Illegal or criminal use of the car
Sub-leasing to other individuals

Detailed Rental Terms

Minimum age is 21 years. A valid Indian driving license or international permit (for foreigners), along with a government-issued ID, is mandatory.

A minimum advance amount is needed to confirm your booking. Balance can be paid online or on delivery. Payment modes include UPI, cards, and cash.

Cars are provided with fuel. Please return with same fuel level to avoid extra charges. No refunds for excess fuel.

Before delivery, cars are inspected. Any prior damage is noted. Customers are liable for new damage during rental duration.

Cars should not be used for racing, towing, illegal activities, or driving under influence. Speed limits must be followed.

A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed. Beyond that, ₹100/hr will be charged. Inform in case of delays.

Return the car in clean condition. ₹200 cleaning fee may apply for excessively dirty interiors.

Any accidental damage or flat tyre must be reported. Repair cost will be charged as per estimation.

24/7 roadside assistance is available within Jaipur. Support charges may apply outside city limits.

Full refund on cancellations made 24 hours prior. No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Basic third-party insurance is included. Damages caused due to negligence are not covered.

All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of Jaipur court only.
